There is high turnover among new hires, and they constantly hire new salesmen on a monthly basis to replace those who leave. High pressure to consistently hit quota, both individual and companywide.

The way they portray the experience during recruitment and training does not equate to the reality, especially when it comes to how many meetings actually close. The product just isn’t really that important to 99.9%of business owners so it’s a tough sell for the very expensive price.
