Overall positive experience. Product is still robust and the best in the space, but lags when it comes to AI features, and tougher sell in new business today to a portion of the market with smaller budgets.

PitchBook used to be the market leader. Their compensation was market leading, their progression was rapid and it was a startup culture at an established brand. As the industry has become more competitive, we are losing our product edge and inventive structures as well as internal progression has significantly flatlined.

Great product market fit for non smb. Some smb accounts are solid but many it’s just not a fit. Someone of that has to do with product but primarily the pricing is the problem. It’s not built for smb but since there are very few logos left for larger accounts in ICP they’re fighting to keep their jobs relevant by hoping the product can be sold to smb accounts.

Horrible management team and a lot of internal politics. APAC accounts are still managed by team in EMEA and Seattle.
