Great product market fit for non smb. Some smb accounts are solid but many it’s just not a fit. Someone of that has to do with product but primarily the pricing is the problem. It’s not built for smb but since there are very few logos left for larger accounts in ICP they’re fighting to keep their jobs relevant by hoping the product can be sold to smb accounts.

Probably the worst upper management I’ve seen in a long time. Literally just doing nothing about a sinking ship…office is nice, but nothing will ever change there nor will they hire competent higher ups.
