Current Employee In good times, everyone was hitting quota and management didn't need to focus on training and development. As the market slowed and people were missing quota, management responded with terminations -- the beginning of each month meant someone else was fired, creating a high stress environment. It's easy to have a good culture in good times, the challenge is maintaining it in the rough times.
