Change the structure of the sales organization, with what seems to be no data backing most decisions. Inbound lead flow is very low. Management has all been with the company for 6+ years and is stuck in their ways. 5 days in the office for lower tenure. AI developments are solely relying on partnerships and the actual product is not being developed / close to competition. All around, unorganized and kept in the dark on most decisions.
