Many of the strategic reps/named account owners make an absolute killing, but the entry level/junior sales opportunities do not have a very competitive compensation model, however the product market fit/inbound lead flow and professional development opportunities could supplement the lower pay for some. Times are changing there for the better with a new CEO. They are in the midst of restructuring the sales team to assign new accounts by vertical. Uncertainty exists with loss of major accounts and being assigned to new ones and new managers....Read More
