Operational nightmare internally, so you can't do the things you need to get done. Glaring challenges aren't fixed, instead, more work is thrown on top to try to get around what's broken.

Everyone has the same quota, regardless of territory size or tenure. The guy who’s been here 5 years and manages an $8M book has the same number to hit as the guy who’s been here 6 months and has a $1M book. If you hit 100% attainment, you go to club… and only 3 enterprise reps went to club this year.

Pay is great - goals are difficult to attain. Pace is fast moving and sales leadership changes quickly. Core product is sticky and we can use that to our advantage for upsells.
