PagerDuty is an overall great place to work, especially in the enterprise/mid market. The company is very sales-friendly and has a very competitive comp plan that enables you to hit your OTE quickly even if your quota attainment is below 100%. The product is enterprise grade and has an established value but the company is struggling to expand beyond the core competency beyond notififcations & on-call. Because of that - comp associated with new logo's and new product is fantastic.
