Current Employee4.1Feb 4, 2025High-end in terms of OTE packages out there but commission plans have become more unattainable over the past couple of years. The product is becoming more commoditized as competition stiffens and many sales folks are coming and going right now (more than typically). Overall stress is less than sales orgs along with great work/life balance.
