My experience at Palantir has been that if you work for the best outcomes or the organization, the organization will work for you. It takes a long time to build trust in both directions though, which means that a lot of people don’t stay long and come away with a negative impression with how extractionist both parties were.

The absolute worst experience in my career. The sales leaders have zero sales background and dislike salespeople as much as the CEO does. Fucking horrible. I quit on my own accord after it became clear Sales ops and leadership were actively acting in bad faith against sellers, both by fucking up account ownership & later by the worst commission structure known in the industry, as well as paltry base pay that would get laughed off any other company.
