They have high expectations when it comes to closing net new logos in the Fortune 500 space, given they are an engineer-driven company it makes sense. Lack of communication is one thing to highlight when you think. you are in a good positiion and a top peeformorer, you can be fired within an instant. Be transparent and talk about your deals to the leadership team and overshare, The opportunity is one of.a kind!

By far the worst sales culture imaginable. Salespeople are not respected. The majority of customer spend occurs after year one. Sales commission drops to 1% after year one. Account ownership is a joke. You have 30 days to create an opportunity or your account becomes open and anyone can/will attack it. Palantir has exceptional technology with a strong market fit but unfortunately sales leadership is run very poorly and there are folks in senior roles that shouldn’t be.
