Do Enterprise Core sellers get equity refreshes at any point after the initial grant? (1st year current PANW rep here trying to understand what’s possible to ask for / receive after a good year)

For those who are at PAN, is Prisma Cloud the worst segment to work for? Are the getting better/worse?I’m expecting an offer from PANW this week for a territory sales manager position. They make it sound like 70-80% of reps hit their OTE. Is this correct? Would you current recommend PANW to join? How is the culture?
