Some truly talented people, new folks coming in may help. Massive changes in leadership in conjunction with sky high quotas. In some cases roles have been open for 1 year +. Some of the worst HR I’ve ever dealt with and I’m not sure what they are thinking. 14 interviews in some cases.

Amazing products and brand reputation. Lots of earning potential. People who need a lot of help and a well defined gtm strategy struggle. Need to be comfortable self educating on technology and self starting on strategy

Great company from a product perspective Poor GTM strategy, many sellers are working 15-20hrs weekly. The 50-60hr weeks I’m executing against doesn’t compensate equally. You are capped and poor compensation plans
