Former Employee When you are an internal promotion, this company pays you practically nothing to do the job. The quotas are supper high and if you don't have an ELA or large refresh on the table, then chances are, you won't be able to hit more than 50%. Company is great at allowing you to move within orgs but think you will get paid anywhere close to market for it. Second line leaders are absolutely awful here so be careful. There are a lot of people who do nothing in the sales org at that company and it's obvious.
