Strong internal networking encouraged by company culture. Motivating environment as recruiting picks up quality candidates. Multiple internal mobility/non-traditional career tracks available. Dedicated and supportive BDR management. Quarterly KSO changes; market advantages vary by market segment (e.g. pipeline vs opportunities). BDR training isn't as effective, so need to be heavily reliant on tenured peers for support. Great company growth via aggressive "platformization" acquisitions. External networking opportunities with channel partners and other industry contacts. Infinite resources and opportunities to grow in cybersecurity sales.
