Former Employee Prisma Cloud is a mess of poor integration, confusing licensing, and low value. The platform is notoriously difficult to implement and maintain, with modules that barely work together and constant configuration headaches. Licensing is a nightmare — overly complex, inconsistent across products, and full of surprise costs. Worst of all, it delivers very little actionable insight, making it hard to justify the investment.
The broader Prisma Cloud organization is plagued by dysfunction. Upper management appears disconnected from both the product and customer needs. Leadership turnover is constant — roles are reshuffled or replaced every 12 months or less, leading to instability and lack of accountability. Overall, it reflects a company in disarray, both in product execution and strategic direction. Browse Other Reviews
