A lot of stale leadership in the middle layer who need to go. Great technology, phenomenal strategy and average commission structure. Way too many account managers across Australia and quotas are far too high.

Company is doing generally well, outside of Prisma Cloud, which I sell. Leadership in Prisma Cloud is very questionable. Slow innovation, always catching up with competitors.
