Former Employee4.3Jan 5, 2025My overall experience was great. Creating a category (WebOps) and getting to Series E/Unicorn status was an incredible ride. Pantheon was slow to adjust from founder-led to unicorn-SAAS leadership and macro headwinds in 2022 led to a few rounds of layoffs but the platform, tech and vision are all still intact.
