The wrong attitudes are rewarded and only those who game the system get ahead. Pantheon’s demise has little to do with macro economic headwinds, poor leadership will reduce this company to nothing.

Fired last SVP of Sales after 75 days. Haven't back filled any of the Directors of Sales that quit, and have nobody left to run the teams with any sales experience.
