Current Employee PMF is strong, the immediate teams are great but the broader culture is lacking. There is a lot of churn across all depts. Comms structure isn't horrific but it's not ideal with 3% (of the 10%) locked up until you hit 100% of the year and when due, rarely paid on time or with a transparent breakdown/comms slip. Strangely if there is an opportunity to win though, management will support. Not convinced the IPO will ever happen.
