Current Employee2.9Dec 6, 2023No leadership structure. Everything is chaos at all times, things change on a whim, your feedback holds no value, and there is no working towards common goals. There is also a major cultural gap between the leaders in Israel and the teams in the US and UK, it often feels like they tolerate us, but don't respect our contributions.
