The product is really good. However the overall sales environment is not good. No definite process no inbound process. You are required to generate all leads. The inbound leads are few and far between.

I wouldn't recommend Papaya in all honesty. Poor leadership, high turnover, feels like they do anything but pay their salespeople, awful work/life balance

PMF is strong, the immediate teams are great but the broader culture is lacking. There is a lot of churn across all depts. Comms structure isn't horrific but it's not ideal with 3% (of the 10%) locked up until you hit 100% of the year and when due, rarely paid on time or with a transparent breakdown/comms slip. My overall experience was good. Upper management was not - internal structure of getting deals onboarded was awful. Lots to grow there.
