Unless you have a manufacturing background or are willing to do everything to learn it (cold calling every day with goal of just having a conversation, visiting customers weekly, reading/watching videos on mfg processes, traveling to territory 2/month) for the first 6 months, you will fail. Leadership does a good job at providing sales training, but severely lacks any training or program to help understand the manufacturing world and the jargon our prospects speak. It will be all on you.

Extreme micromanagement and ineffective leadership. Don't expect to collaborate on decisions - this is a "shut up and do as your told" style organization. Innovative product in an interesting market.
