Overall I thought their tool was great and really solved the issues it was built to solve. The people at Pave are really awesome, and the sales team had a ton of energy. Work life balance wasn't always there, but the people around you made it worth it.

First internal IC to manager promo. Found out I was getting paid 40% less than my predecessor, despite having the same experience going in and the expectations going up.
