Current Employee3.6Aug 28, 2023Overall the experience was good. The role is definitely getting tougher to move up the ranks and get promoted. It gets hard because you saw all these rapid advancements from back in the day and your success also depends on the level of production your book decides to do that quarter. The culture is still pretty strong but compensation needs some work.
