Current Employee The value of leadership largely depends on whose team you land on. I have worked for two. One not good, one thats great.
I was hired on with a pool of 50 or so and a year later (the 50 were on different teams, different states and territories) there are 7 of us left with 1-2 hoping to stay on longer. The ability to hit does depend on your work ethic but the leadership often acts like we are the only obvious option and we should never lose a deal.
