Very rewarding but incredibly taxing. The company rewards high performers handsomely but it is shit or get off the pot. You could have a fantastic Q1 and if you go cold for a month or 2 you feel like your jobs on the line.

It's really based on your territory, manager, office, and, of course, timing. A bad manager can ruin your experience, and your compensation, support, and pipeline will suffer. It's very circumstantial and cutthroat.
