Absolutely brutal place to work. Incredible compensation but you will be cut loose FAST if you aren’t selling. Even tenured reps who are selling get put on the hot seat for low dials. I was here 2 months and had two managers and 4 reps left.

Paycom is one of the most toxic organizations in the entire world. There is about a 90% turnover for AE's within the first year. They use new AE's basically as BDR's to source pipeline for tenured AE's who take all their pipeline after they get fired.
