Must schedule 12 in person appts. your first two weeks or you’re fired (so they say). 250-300+ call per day, 60+ hour work weeks, traveling, micromanaging, cold calling in the car at all times, high stress/pressure. Most teams hover around 3-5 reps because nobody lasts over a year (typically).

PayCom is a great place to learn technical sales skills, although it is a long sales cycle and their is a lot of hours and responsibility put on you by the company. There is a lot of turnover given the robust requirements, however you are well compensated.
