Zero work life balance. Expectation is that you’re working from second you wake up until you go to sleep. While they have a very lucrative comp structure they churn and burn reps frequently. Austin office manager has a 0% retention rate. Compensation for closed deals is also dependent on implementation specialists ability to implement. Commissions are held for 9 months if implementation doesn’t run smoothly and unpaid if implementations fail.

Great base earnings and best margins for commission I’ve ever seen. But there is a fair trade-off for this. You will work 65 hours per week and travel often. Expectations are almost unattainably high. Not the structure for everyone, but if you can figure it out, you’ll be extremely wealthy.

Great training, product, and overall sales org. Best compensation plan out there. High expectations and quick to let those go who fall behind quota. Long ramp time, seemingly 12-18 months.
