Paycom is a great starter company. The training is top class. It’s intense but will prepare to sell in the HR/Payroll software space. The money is great if you get a solid territory.

great team, great manager, my territory was just run through on every level of run through. Majority of prospects said they had already evaluated us or have been getting calls from us for 4 years and HATE us.
