Current Employee Paycom is a fantastic organization for individuals who are talented, motivated, hardworking and want to sharpen their saw. My first year here (which was also my first year in sales) I increased my prior companies compensation by 100k. This year I’m on track to make another 100k over that.
Its pros don’t come without some cons- it is an incredibly rewarding job to those that put in the work. You need to be able to adapt on your feet, have high EQ, be persuasive, and foster strong relationships to sell.
I am one of 4 people remaining from the original 55 in my training class and that’s not for no reason. That being said I’m incredibly thankful for the relationships I’ve forged, the skills I’ve developed, and the financial benefits I’ve reaped.
