Great role for a brand new AE. However, after 6-12 months a competent seller will outgrow the organization as most sales managers are under the age of 30 and have no other career experience.

The people and culture make the job worthwhile. If you are just entering sales the development and training you receive is second to none. The downfall is exec leadership adding responsibilities that fall well outside your job description and then cutting those individuals that previously completed those responsibilities.

Likely one of the worst cultures you could possibly experience. I had a colleague describe the culture as "survival of the fittest." Another one said "if you want to work to live rather than live your life everyday to work then this may not be the place for you."
