Current Employee4.4Nov 12, 2024My overall experience with Paycom is incredible. The company seriously cares for employees and has a technology that is unmatched in the marketplace. A true unicorn!

Former Employee2.7Feb 7, 2024Must schedule 12 in person appts. your first two weeks or you’re fired (so they say). 250-300+ call per day, 60+ hour work weeks, traveling, micromanaging, cold calling in the car at all times, high stress/pressure. Most teams hover around 3-5 reps because nobody lasts over a year (typically).
