Uncertainty with Paychex acquisition of Paycor. Paychex doesn’t have good perception and is considered an inferior smb product. Paycor is new to California and having trouble competing with other payroll companies. Great training and internal selling tools. Lacking SDR support and hardly any inbounds.

Huge amounts of turnover in this position. 20% of my team hit quota in this fiscal, but maybe only 5% wil hit quota in the region. Inbound leads are mostly garbage. Leadership was only interested in driving the stock price for their exits. Culture thin deep and if you worker for the wrong leader, you were in trouble. I was a multiple club winner as a seller and leader but was forced out of the company.
