Are there sales tools like Salesloft or Outreach to help with prospecting, or is it just phone and regular email?

For new sales reps at Paychex/Paycor, is there a guaranteed commission during the ramp-up period, or are new hires on a reduced quota? How long does the ramp typically last?

Recruiter told me that Enterprise HCM AE is focused on orgs with 100-500 employees. That seems small for enterprise. Was then told 500+ employees is called Upmarket. Never heard of that before. This seems more like SMB territory but would like perspective from others.
