Miserable. I am in the top 10% of reps here year-over-year in my role and Paylocity has gone from great to good to terrible over my 6 year tenure here. Not sure what's happened, but across the board culture sucks, goals unattainable, and changes constantly negatively impacting the sales org.

Experience was a roller coaster. I am not a big fan of the new compensation model and new leadership for sdr's. Like many corporate jobs , it is very political , and who you know is more important than your results when it comes time for promotions

Good company bad pay hope they improve this in the future
