No longer getting leads, change of role from an AE to AM without any choice in the matter. No longer able to hunt, strictly a farmer. Compensation continues to be cut and has gone down. New managers and directors are clueless, never sold the product and micro manage. Alec Chriss the CEO, has no idea how to incentivize the sales department. I would not recommend working or interviewing for PayPal. It’s a terrible company that continues to step all over its employees for the sake of appeasing shareholders holders.

PayPal has some great products, some poorly built new products, and lots of bureaucrats that waste time and prevent them team from getting things done. It is a wildly distracted organization that could have been great.

Lots of talented sellers, in 2024 a lot of new products being released and lot of changes happening almost monthly. If you don't like change , this could be a difficult time to work at PayPal.
