No longer getting leads, change of role from an AE to AM without any choice in the matter. No longer able to hunt, strictly a farmer. Compensation continues to be cut and has gone down. New managers and directors are clueless, never sold the product and micro manage. Alec Chriss the CEO, has no idea how to incentivize the sales department. I would not recommend working or interviewing for PayPal. It’s a terrible company that continues to step all over its employees for the sake of appeasing shareholders holders.

My overall experience in this sales organization has been a rollercoaster. From my pay getting slashed 10% and being promised to make up for the cut, they will uncap commissions. (Which was a lie) Then hiring new reps who have little to no sales experience at a much higher OTE.
