Toxic environment. New employees are paid significantly less than current employees who were recently hired. There is a lot of favoritism and racial profiling.

Product is very good. In general it is not a hard sales cycle, as the product works as advertised and shows a positive ROI. Base salary is low for the industry, quotas are very high and most people do not reach them. That being said there is good training and perks.

Fairly good experience so far. Lots of turnover in leadership. Huge push for IPO leads to extremely high quotas and low attainment. People are very cool and fun to work with. Lunches included is nice. Biggest knock by far is the low attainment, if 20% of reps hit quota each quarter that is considered good. TAM is smaller than leadership would want you to believe.
