Extremely highly unrealistic expectations. 6 heads of sales within 2.5 years. Great benefits and PTO. Company has overpaid for several acquisitions which leads to the unrealistic sales expectations. Commissions were cut from 10% worst case to less than 1%. Promotions that consist of millions of dollars added to your quota, $0 increase in salary and over 90% reduction in commissions. There isn’t a single leader that has been boots on the ground working their way up. All leadership does is higher incompetent “leaders” from Accenture

My overall experience was sad. Worst leadership as its a hostile environment. Manager had no experience or training and would not have your back. Silver tongued VP Sales is berating and loves to shame people in public. No real GTM strategy for Workforce product and poorly managed resulting in a few executives leaving. Stay away.
