Strong leadership, with a new brand effort, but legacy issues are dragging down the pace of necessary change. The company is evolving, but not sure it will be relevant fast enough to keep up with the startups and more nimble tech orgs working to own the learning and skilling space.

As an overall experience, it was not a pleasant one. There were certainly favorites on the team and the team grew too quickly with no leads coming in and no unified product. We were destined to fail.
