If you can wait a few years and survive the constant re-orgs you might have a shot at a good payday, but the Virginia Court Verdict for intellectual property theft (ie Appian Lawsuit) has hurt an AE's ability to sell into new accounts and radiate into existing. That's why Pega is now only focused around their Top 200 accounts (There's an inside sales org for the other 500 accounts)
