A lot of changes and they don’t keep the employees in mind when making big decisions. CEO made a statement about removing one of their core values “respect life outside of work” referencing if you aren’t willing to work long hours and weekends then this is no longer the place for you. Leadership is tone deaf and there is favoritism within the org. It’s unfortunate because it has caused a lot of good people to leave. Pendo has a great product but is on the more expensive side. They are growing which can shift overall morale.

Q1 decline. Q4 is biggest quarter of the year and biggest inbound time. Have to PG as an AE to come close to your number.

Lots of change, but what Pendo does matters to customers and they are still buying. Much like many SaaS companies we've seen changes in how customers purchase and the steps required to get a deal done.
