My overall experience is bad. The people are great, the culture is great, but the training and product is not. You train yourself the first month through awful modules/videos. Your book of business is ~1300 accounts with 200 viable accounts to sell into. Pendo is over priced so most customers go with our competitors as they are more affordable with similar value. Every new hire who has started in the last year is struggling or hasn't sold a deal.

Excellent benefits and base salary. AM-specific training is sparse so you will need to come in with skills and be resourceful. Good product market fit and a loyal fanbase of customers. OTE attainment has high variance, with leadership targeting most reps to hit between 70-80%.

Inbound Lead/Opportunity Flow is the sole responsibility of the reps. Plenty of inbound activity for Mid-market and certain Ent reps, but the majority is super dry. Customer sentiment towards the Pendo product is usually positive.
