Overall a good company with solid sales support (especially from management). Huge brand recognition from portfolio customers, which made navigating the sales cycle very easy. Heavy on micromanagement, but as long as you keep your head down and hit your numbers you'll be fine. Not much opportunity for growth, little value in work/life balance.

Management increased quota while keeping the same compensation structure. More KPI and metrics to keep sales reps accountable. Not all metrics pertain to making more money.
