Solid comp but extremely hard to sell here because the data always comes back bad when prospects test it. Also terrible training. Seeing how many reps have left in the last 5 months says it all.

Every single rep that PDL hired or promoted in 2022 has either been fired or has left voluntarily. In 3 years, i have never seen a rep consistently reach goal

My experience has been very positive. I think prior to my start there were a lot of improvements to be made, and those were clearly taken care of.
