Big on culture and diversity, employees are supportive helpful to each other. Big growth goals with insufficient tools and analytics. College program is very structured and definitely gets you on the growth track, but development and career mapping fall off quickly. Leadership is attempting to use micromanagement and tasks to convert order takers into hunters and closers.

My experience has been okay at the company. as a merchandiser there's a set path of promotion, however promotions tend to only be given to those in favor by management and not by your work ethics and how you perform.

Good Company but Lacks Work-Life Balance. The leadership programs move the employees in this program up through the company very fast. Many in the program are fantastic, but they go through roles without truly learning the roles. Always made me concerned about the long term health of the company.
