Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My experience started out wonderful at Percona. Best company culture I have ever worked with and the managers were amazing. The leader who trained me set me up for a lifelong successful career in sales because she was so knowledgable. However, when SLT made the decision to bring in a new sales leader (since departed) the culture started to deteriorate starting with lay offs and ending with outsourcing all BDR leads. They have since hired a new CRO who is the best in the business and has revitalized Percona's culture and profitability. Percona is a wonderful company filled with wonderful people, my time there was just negatively impacted by timing and past leadership. However, I received best in class training and the experience working there was an excellent one until the end.
