Learning and development was nonexistent. Overall the sales managers were great, but the overall "tone at the top" above them made it clear the sales team was an afterthought. No opportunity to try new things, even when current processes weren't working.

The culture is very rough, going on walks and talking on the floor is very frowned upon. The product and lead flow are strong though.
