Identity is sticky, and getting new inbounds and leads coming in, desiring to move from a competitor to Ping is tough without a compelling event.

Ping is a great place to work in the sales org. Leadership and peers are fun, hardworking and there is a culture of truly caring about one another. Therefore, there is flexibility in PTO and plenty of incentives to perform.
